How GrIDsure works

The human mind remembers shapes and patterns more easily than words and numbers.

With GrIDsure you remember a pattern and not passcodes or complex passwords.

GrIDsure is easy to use

Step 1. Register your Personal Identification Pattern (PIP)

To start using GrIDsure requires a simple two step process

  • Choose a pattern (arrangement and sequence) of squares
  • Register the pattern with your username or account.

Your PIP can be any shape that you can remember.

The shape used in the Grid opposite is purely for demonstration purposes.

Step 2: Using your Personal Identification Pattern (PIP)

Each time you use GrIDsure a grid will appear with a random character in each cell.
Enter the characters from your pattern as your passcode.

The highlights and password visibility on the illustration are shown for demonstration purposes only.

GrIDsure is different every time

Each time GrIDSure is displayed the characters will be different, giving you a new passcode every time. We call this a One Time Code.
